The Grand Hoecker Marquee
The main structure is a genuine Hoecker grand marquee – one of the most well-regarded names in European marquee manufacturing, known for its heavy-duty construction, precise engineering and long service life.
The marquee is fully modular, which means the purchaser can configure it at different sizes depending on the event. When fully extended, it holds up to 200 guests in a seated dinner layout with a dancefloor.
The current layout includes:
- 18 round tables seating 10 guests each
- A top table seating up to 20 guests
- Space for catering and service tables
- Dancefloor capacity for up to 150 guests
- Bar area
- Wooden flooring throughout
The marquee is currently dismantled. This should be taken into account when arranging a viewing.
Furniture & Event Equipment
The full furniture and seating package is included – everything required to dress the marquee for a large-scale seated dinner or reception.

Bar, Lighting & Flooring
The marquee includes a fully fitted bar area with all the equipment needed to serve drinks at events, alongside a polished interior finish throughout.

VIP Mobile Toilet Unit
Also included in the package is a luxury VIP mobile toilet unit – a substantial standalone asset that many buyers would need to source separately.
The unit contains:
- 3 ladies’ toilets
- 1 gents’ toilet
- Urinal space for up to 3 men at a time
The toilet unit is towable, meaning it can be moved and positioned to suit any venue or site layout. It is finished to a high standard throughout and is suitable for use at weddings and formal events.
Condition & Setup
The equipment was previously used to host weddings and private events at a South Buckinghamshire location. All items have been well looked after and are currently stored indoors in dry conditions.
The marquee is currently dismantled, so viewings should be arranged in advance. When viewing, buyers will see the individual components including the frame, flooring, lining, furniture and toilet unit.
On average, setup requires approximately 3 to 4 people depending on the modular size being configured. Assembly can be carried out by external event staff or by the purchaser’s own team.
